Hi everyone
Back from my holidays now and thank you for your kind comments about the loss of Douglas our beloved pet. We had time time reflect while we were away and decided that we would adopt another rescue cat. However, things didn't quite go to plan as we went to the Rescue Centre to look at another little boy cat but found he had a sister who needed a home too so I think you can probably guess the outcome !! Yesterday we collected these two delightful 8 week old kittens. Tommy is on the left next to his sister Tuppence. They are very lively and have cheered us up no end.
Now on to the freebie, it is just a basic Lattice Window Aperture Card for you to decorate as you choose.
I haven't had time to cut it myself (blame the kittens) but this is how my friend Annie used the template and I think you will agree that she has made it look very pretty. Annie has some beautiful cards on her Blog so why not pop over to have a look.

ReplyDeleteThank you for your Free Lattice card download But Just wanted to say what Beautiful Kittens Douglas would have approved.. a friend of mine has just taken on some more cats/kittens after the loss of all of hers Due to Lilli Flowers As they are Toxic to cats (every part is so get rid if you have any) I had to smile at her post saying If we visit Please wear thick jeans as the Kittens have sharp "Velcro" legs,,, I knew exactly what she meant and her discription made me giggle... hope Tommy And Tuppence Dont have velcro legs..?
ReplyDeleteHow sad for your friend, pleased she has some new kitties now and I can certainly empathise re the Velcro legs, it's suprising how sharp those little claws can be !!

ReplyDeleteTommy and Tuppence are beautiful, and so glad you got them from a rescue centre not a shop or dealer. They deserve a good home, and that's exactly what they'll get with you. They'll repay your love threefold,and make the passing of Douglas that much easier to bear.
