Flower Stencil Frame Overlay Freebie

 H everyone,

I'm back at last with another freebie, sorry it's been so long but what with holidays, life in general and creating new designs for my store I'm afraid my Blog has had to take a back seat. This time it's an overlay frame so you can add a sentiment, stamp or graphic to the centre making it quite versatile.
