Freebie Flower Spray Frame Topper

 Hi everyone,

This week's freebie is a flower frame topper. I just added it to a deckled edge card blank but there is plenty of room inside the frame you to add an image instead of the birthday sentiment for a different look. I used sticky foam pads between the flower layers to add dimension.
