Freebie Lattice Tag Card Base

Hi everyone and thanks for your comments on the last freebie, pleased you liked it. The freebie today is a Z fold tag shaped card, just add your own embellishments/sentiments so another versatile card base.

 For those of you who follow me via email I hope you are finding follow.it OK.
