Freebie Happy Birthday To You Card

Here's the freebie I promised on my last post. Another easy to put together card, just layer the panels on to the base card and add the embellishments.

Thought you might like to see a couple of photos of Tommy and Tuppence just after their operations. They are both fully recovered now and back to their normal naughty selves !!
