Scalloped Circle Topper Freebie

Hi everyone.

Thanks to those of you who left comments and sent photos of the cards made with   my last freebie. It seems to have been quite popular and has been download 676 times so far !!  I hope you like this week's topper too. As you can see from the photo I have done it both as a topper and also a frame and have included a mat as well. It's a delicate design but I think it's quite pretty.
