Freebie Scalloped Edge Cut Out Card

Hi, 

Hope you are all OK.  Another new card template for you today, just add your own embellishments, I chose some layered flowers for mine with a co-ordinating backing panel. My offset circle doesn't look centered in the photo but it is in real life !! Download links at the end of this post.
